In France, we first focused our action on a kid awareness campaign. "OUR PLANET UNDER WATER", BIG TOP EVENTS is a pedagogic action for young students about climate change and how to face it. Based on the example of Tuvalu, the most vulnerable nation threatened with imminent submersion, the big top events are multifaceted educational week long events to teach kids teaching how to fight against global warming.
Tuvalu which illustrates the ongoing climate change also supplies teaching tools for geography, history, civic education, Polynesian culture.
Our ambition is to initiate a debate at school as well as at home. According to the principle: « 1+1= millions », this operation aims to be reproduced as much as possible.
And we are currently working on "big top" reproductions in Europe.
